Jungle tours are very popular in Ao Nang. The place has dense tropical jungles filled with waterfalls, hot springs and caves. Elephant trekking is a popular way of seeing the forest.

A tourist attraction close to Ao Nang is Klai Wang Water Garden, which is located ten minutes away. Here tourists can do fishing and go bamboo rafting.
