These are observations from particular visits, not an independent assessment of how every room is managed.

The room listing offers balconies and larger suites, but space does not resolve the disagreement about service and upkeep. Grace’s positive experience is from an earlier period than the critical accounts, so it should not be used to dismiss them as irrelevant.

The quieter location and pool are the attractive parts of the offer. Its less central position and mixed recent maintenance reports make it a more qualified choice for someone expecting smooth arrival service and consistently renewed accommodation.
