Mike’s Superior stay was positive about cleanliness and staff, with a small fridge-fitting problem in their allocated room. Justin also liked a Superior room and the maintained pool. These two accounts describe comfortable visits, not a guarantee about the condition of another room.
Inas’s later Booking.com account coincided with renovation activity that made access around the property and use of the pool more difficult. The guest also reported insects affecting clothing stored in a cupboard. These are observations from that visit and should not be converted into a claim that the work or infestation continues throughout the hotel.
