Days Inn by Wyndham Aonang Krabi occupies the property listed in the original links as Beach Terrace Hotel. The current Wyndham page describes a hotel steps from Ao Nang Beach. Its location puts restaurants and evening activity close by, but the guest accounts show why a beach address alone cannot explain a night’s sleep.
Agoda lists Superior rooms at 28 square metres, with city, partial-sea and sea-view versions. That distinction is worth keeping: a room in the same building need not have the same outlook. Leslie described a large room with an enclosed patio and no beach view, which nevertheless felt quiet during their stay.
Paul also slept well despite the hotel’s noise notice and provision of earplugs. Masa had the opposite experience, describing music reaching the room late at night. They also reported a glass bathroom wall with a privacy blind and a rainfall shower that did not work properly. Those details concern their room and should not be assigned to all Superior accommodation.

The pool has its own timing issue. Paul found it closed for renovation during a July stay, while Leslie had enjoyed an upper pool area earlier. That sequence does not establish whether the pool is open now. It shows why photographs of a pool and an individual stay report can describe different moments.
Amyra’s Standard-room account was positive about cleanliness, housekeeping and helpful staff. Together, the reports suggest a convenient beach-area base with considerable room and timing differences. Travellers who are comfortable with a lively neighbourhood may find the address useful; those choosing chiefly for a quiet room or a swim have less certainty from these accounts.
