Maya, in the same category, described a very large room with a dining table and kitchen. That is an individual description of a family room, not a reason to assign a kitchen to every Deluxe booking. Maya liked the location and pool but found breakfast disappointing and had difficulty obtaining clean bedding after an incident at night.
Veronica’s Booking.com account was positive about room space and airport transport, and reported luggage storage and a shower before a later departure. Naia also liked the location but found the facilities less extensive than the pictures had led them to expect.
The hotel’s strongest case is room space and access to this side of the beach area. Families may find the separate accommodation useful, but should not assume that room size implies extensive services or the same assistance around the clock.
