Krabi La Playa’s pool and balconies are central to its guest accounts. Hyejin’s Superior-room stay included a spacious balcony with a drying rack and an outlook towards the pool. The official Navinda Hotels site describes La Playa as a larger resort in tropical gardens, distinct from the nearby Navinda Krabi property.
Hyejin liked room space and breakfast during their visit. BoEun also stayed in a Superior room and appreciated being able to use the pool and a shower after checkout before a late journey. That assistance was provided on that visit, not a standing checkout entitlement.
Deirdre’s Booking.com account was much less favourable, reporting cleanliness and insects in an allocated room and difficulty with parking. The category was not identified. That prevents the complaint from being attached to every Superior or pool-access room, but it remains relevant alongside the positive accounts.

The pool setting and outdoor room space are the main attractions here. There is a difference between enjoying the grounds and having a consistently satisfactory allocated room. The evidence supports that distinction rather than a blanket endorsement of every category.
