Krabi Resort’s official website highlights private beach access, while its accommodation ranges from hotel rooms to large pool villas. The beach-side setting does not mean those categories have the same layout, outlook or upkeep.
Shubham’s Luxury Grand Pool Room stay was positive about the grounds and the ability to spend time at the resort. One pool was under maintenance, with another available, and the guest said the resort had advised them beforehand. That is a dated maintenance report, not a statement about which pools are open now.
Lee’s account of the same named category was sharply different, reporting cleanliness concerns and inadequate lighting on their route after dark. Charlotte, in a Luxury Grand Room, described several fixtures that needed attention. These are room-specific complaints, but they prevent the beach location from being the entire assessment.

Wade’s Booking.com review gives another perspective: staff arranged a prompt air-conditioning repair, and the room became comfortable afterwards. Wade also found the breakfast period restrictive around morning exercise. The resort may suit travellers who value time in the grounds and beach access, but the chosen room and maintenance experience remain material parts of that decision.
