Nadivana’s listed apartment sizes are notably different from a standard hotel room. Agoda describes a 48-square-metre Studio Apartment, a 97-square-metre Two Bedroom Apartment and a 145-square-metre Penthouse Apartment. Those are separate options, with very different amounts of space for a family or group.
The official studio page places the property away from Ao Nang’s beach strip, at less than three kilometres from the beach. This gives the larger layouts a different daily rhythm from a hotel among the seafront shops: going out to the shore involves a separate journey.
Alex’s Deluxe Room account praised an easy arrival, a helpful host and the bed and bathroom. Himanshu’s ground-floor Deluxe Quadruple stay also described a pleasant family visit and a friendly owner. These room names differ from the apartment labels, so the experiences cannot settle the quality of every apartment category.

Robert’s Deluxe Room visit gave a more cautious impression, saying that the website photographs looked older than the accommodation encountered. Phoebe had earlier liked the room, pool and helpful hosts. The contrast is a reason to treat attractive listing images as an illustration, rather than a dated record of present condition.
Extra floor space is the clearest reason to consider Nadivana. Its position and the differing room accounts matter just as much for travellers weighing that space against being able to step directly into Ao Nang’s beach activity.
