Peace Laguna’s accommodation ranges from hotel rooms to cottages, which makes the room category a substantial part of the stay. Its official site describes Superior Cottages beside a swimming pool and lists three outdoor pools. The setting offers a different use of space from a main-street hotel, while Ao Nang’s restaurants remain nearby.
Priscila’s Superior-room account praised clean accommodation and attentive staff. Song, in a Standard room, also liked service and the short route to the beach. Those reports support its convenience, but do not describe every cottage’s condition.
Mohammed’s Booking.com account reported a strong smell in their allocated room and difficulty obtaining an immediate change. That is a serious issue for that stay, not evidence that the smell exists across the resort. Teruo’s account of a change from a hotel building to villas shows another difference: a larger allocation is not necessarily useful if its bed arrangement does not suit the group.

The gardens and cottage choices are the distinctive attraction. A traveller wanting room around their accommodation has more to consider here than just distance from the beach. The useful comparison is between the actual building, beds and category booked, rather than assuming every upgrade or every room provides the same experience.
