Lavbelav liked the space of a Premium Suite and helpful staff, but found that the lift did not reach the booked room all the way. That detail is important for travellers picturing an entirely step-free route, though it concerns that suite rather than every category.

A Deluxe King guest appreciated breakfast with a sea view and the clean pools, but disliked air conditioning directed towards the head of the bed and hearing conversations from next door. Wendy’s Deluxe King stay was more positive about the room, balcony and breakfast.

The reviews therefore separate the strong location from room-specific comfort. A Family Suite guest also heard nightclub music in roadside accommodation, adding another reason to pay attention to the room’s position.
